How Every Engagement Runs
Before any engagement begins, we agree a scoping document that defines the deliverables, the timeline, the working assumptions, and the fee. Nothing is open-ended. Clients know from the first session what they will receive and when.
Interviews, document reviews, and workshops are conducted by the named advisor — not a junior researcher. Analysis is written up in plain language, reviewed for accuracy against what stakeholders told us, and delivered as a document the client can share and return to.
Introductory Call
30 minutes, no preparation required. We establish what the company is working through and whether a structured engagement would be useful.
Scoping Document
Deliverables, timeline, and fee agreed in writing before the first paid session.
Engagement Delivery
Interviews, workshops, document review, and written output delivered by the named advisor.
Clean Close
Engagement concludes with a written deliverable and a closure conversation. No automatic renewal or upsell.
Engagement 01
Strategic Direction Review
A structured, multi-week engagement in which the advisory team works alongside the leadership of a mid-sized company to examine current market position, internal capabilities, and three-to-five-year direction. Includes interviews with up to ten internal stakeholders, a competitor and adjacent-market scan, a written direction document with three scenario paths, and one facilitated leadership workshop to align decision-makers.
Suited to founders, owners, and managing directors of companies with 50–500 staff who are weighing a meaningful change in focus — entering a new market, exiting a line of business, restructuring for growth, or preparing for a change in ownership.

Engagement 02
Operating Model Diagnostic
A focused diagnostic engagement that maps how decisions are made, how work flows between departments, and where coordination effort is concentrated. Deliverables include an operating-model map, a written summary of structural friction points, and a prioritised list of practical adjustments.
The work is delivered through interviews, document review, and two on-site workshops, and is sized for organisations facing growth-related coordination strain. The output is designed to be acted on directly — not to require a further engagement before any adjustments can begin.

Engagement 03
Quarterly Advisory Retainer
A lighter ongoing relationship in which a senior advisor is available for two scheduled monthly conversations, written commentary on three documents per quarter, and one half-day on-site session per quarter. Designed for leaders who already have a clear direction but value an outside reading of decisions as they arise.
Onboarding includes a one-page brief that shapes the cadence and the topics in scope. The retainer operates on a rolling quarterly basis — it continues as long as it is useful and closes cleanly when the need passes.

- Two scheduled monthly advisory conversations (60–90 min)
- Written commentary on up to three documents
- One half-day on-site session per quarter
- Onboarding brief at the start of the retainer
- Rolling quarterly renewal — no long-term lock-in
